Sealing, vacuum + gas flush, vacuum in skin, skin on cardboard

Working system with a rotating revolver-type mold.

Functions controlled by an operating system from the PLC screen. Working speed of 2 to 6 cycles per minute, up to 28 trays per minute in seal only mode.

  • Built with an operating system where all the TB5's functions are controlled by a 65,000-color PLC display. USB / Ethernet port, 99 editable programs, language selection, integrated temperature control, M.A.P. parameters and gradual vacuum.
  • Made in a solid and robust format, in stainless steel.
  • Hygienic and watertight seal.
  • Machine with the same production as the in-line work models.
  • “Skin Function” as standard.
