The film in heat sealing
The result of a specific type of film or bag is always the result of a combination of different materials (layers), resulting in a specific result for each food and its preservation needs. To achieve maximum resistance to perspiration, as well as maximum durability to extend the product’s shelf life, it is important that the vacuum film uses EVOH (Ethyl Vinyl Alcohol), a protection rated as very HIGH BARRIER.
Interesting facts about the film
- A wide range of thermoforming and heat-sealing films, rigid and semi-rigid sheets, and flow-wrap films. They can be printed (flexographic and ultra HD) or plain, with high-barrier properties and an anti-fog treatment.
- When selling prepared dishes, the image at the point of sale, good visibility, and differentiation on the shelf are very important.
